If you would like a refund please contact us first to arrange this. We will of course do everything we can to rectify any problems but sometimes things just don’t look quite right on the wall.
In order to get a refund you must return your goods in the original condition within 14 days of the day you received it/them.
Upon receipt we will then process your refund within 2 working days and send email confirmation. Please then allow 3-5 working days for your bank to process the money- this is out of our control.
